Key Responsibilities
- Manage, update, and maintain company data within internal systems.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness in the database.
- Perform data entry, data validation, and basic data cleaning tasks.
- Process and organize large volumes of data using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Navigate and support database management (including PostgreSQL).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill data-related needs.
- Assist with administrative documentation related to data management.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (final-year students and fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (Google Workspace) and basic CRM usage.
- Ability to efficiently manage large amounts of data.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with different teams.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to navigate and understand database systems such as PostgreSQL.
Preferred Qualifications (Added Value)
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Experience in data cleaning.
- Administrative skills and understanding of documentation processes.
